First an update to our cancellation policy:
We’ve increased flexibility for cancellation for all reservations made on dotholiday. We will provide Dot Holiday credits (vouchers) for the full value of the booking on
cancellations made any time before arrival, no questions asked.
Credits (vouchers) can be used towards future reservations and are valid for whole 2021.

Your health and wellbeing are our top priority. We wanted to share with you the steps we are taking to keep all of our guests and employees safe during these uncertain times-
We will maintain & increase our existing high standards of cleanliness and provide additional training to our cleaning partners about appropriate disinfecting techniques.
To increase social distancing, many gyms, roof top terraces and common areas may have limited or no access and local businesses may be closed.
We’re encouraging our entire community, including Dot Holiday guests, to exercise recommended social distancing practices and asking anyone who feels ill to stay home.
We’re actively monitoring the situation and following the guidance of European Union. We’ll continue to respond based on their advice and will update you with any future developments.
